Things to Know:

Location and Parking
Beauty Therapy is located inside the Creekwood Professional Center in Building B, Unit #1. There is parking all around the center, but I recommend driving along Bel Marin Keys Blvd and turning right at Digital Dr. then turning into the first driveway. Park close to Building A and I am located in the building on the right of A in the front, facing the boulvard. Feel free to call me if you have trouble 415.494.9834

Cancellation / No Show Policy
Cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of your service cost. NO SHOWS, you will be charged the full service amount, non-refundable. Should you need to cancel or reschedule please notify me 24 hours in advance, and I’ll be more than happy to assist you.

Preparing For Your Facial
First time clients, please bring a list or photos of your current skincare products. Refrain from using any exfoliating at-home treatments, active products such as AHA’s or retinoids at least 3-5 days prior to scheduled appointment.  It is best to workout before your facial, not afterwards.

Injectables/ Accutane/ Medical Service
Please note that those who have received Botox, Dermal Fillers, Microblading, Permanent Makeup/Tattoo, or Laser Treatments must wait at least 2 weeks before any facial can be performed—I prefer 30 days if possible.  Those prescribed accutane must wait 6 months after completion before any facial can be performed.

Post Facial Care
Refrain from active AHA’s and retinoids for 72 hours post treatment. No added at-home exfoliation needed for 4-7 day after facial. Focus on skin hydration, water consumption and sun protection. Refrain from working out, raising of body temperature, steam, sauna or jacuzzi right after facial
